LHH is partnering with a client in Buckhead, GA to hire a detail-oriented File Clerk / Document Specialist for a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in organization, accuracy, and handling sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and organize employee termination files from retail and distribution locations
- Prepare files for storage by transferring documents into storage boxes
- Maintain accurate logs and manifests of all received files for tracking and storage pickup
- Support the migration of employee records into the company’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Transfer electronic documents from secure archives to employee profiles
- Assist with organizing both digital and physical personnel files
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience with file management, records administration, or document control
- Familiarity with HCM systems or electronic document management systems preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Mix of physical and digital file handling
- May require occasional lifting of storage boxes
- On-Site in Buckhead, GA
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
