LHH is partnering with a client in Buckhead, GA to hire a detail-oriented File Clerk / Document Specialist for a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in organization, accuracy, and handling sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and organize employee termination files from retail and distribution locations
  • Prepare files for storage by transferring documents into storage boxes
  • Maintain accurate logs and manifests of all received files for tracking and storage pickup
  • Support the migration of employee records into the company’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system
  • Transfer electronic documents from secure archives to employee profiles
  • Assist with organizing both digital and physical personnel files
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience with file management, records administration, or document control
  • Familiarity with HCM systems or electronic document management systems preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
  • Mix of physical and digital file handling
  • May require occasional lifting of storage boxes
  • On-Site in Buckhead, GA
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Contract
