Role Description

The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cataula, GA. This role supports the firm’s accountants and advisors by managing daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The Administrative Assistant will schedule appointments, maintain calendars, prepare and organize client documents, and assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.

The role also involves managing office supplies, coordinating internal communications, and helping ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with team members to support client service and efficient workflow.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, and supporting senior staff.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and basic computer literacy.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include prior experience in a professional services or accounting office, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in office administration or business is a plus.
