Terms:
This job is a full-time, benefited, FLSA Exempt position in the Student Affairs Division that reports to the Registrar.
Work Schedule:
Availability to work Monday through Thursday between 8 am and 6 pm and on Friday between 8 am and 4 pm. Occasional Saturdays and some evenings. Schedule is subject to change. Flexibility is a must.
Bachelor's degree from an academic institution accredited by an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education and Two (2) years of related experience.

An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience that provided the knowledge, experience and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.
- Supervisory experience;
- Three (3) years of directly related experience in post-secondary Admissions or Registrar environment using staff-side Banner Student Information System.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Must possess ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment, problem solve and maintain effective relationships within a team environment; proficiency in staff BANNER, BDMS, Parchment, Transfer Evaluation System (TES), Target X, Degree Works, Process Maker, Ellucian Experience, Banner 9, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Mail merge, advanced Excel and SQL experience preferred.
- Ability to model the provision of excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Working closely with the Registrar, the Assistant Director assists with the overall operation of the Registrar’s Office, supporting at an advanced still level the coordination, development, monitoring, and completion of project initiatives associated with the Registrar’s Office to include:
End of term processing to include rolling grades, updating GPA, student type, academic standing and processing of R2T4 in collaboration with the Financial Aid office Drop for non-payment and reinstatements No-Show processing and reinstatements Set-up of terms and time tickets Facilitate mass communication by e‑mail and text to students for academic standing, drops for non-payment/no‑show, reinstatements, and other important updates.
National Student Clearinghouse, National Student Loan Data System, and TCSG Enrollment error reports Staff scheduling Catalog, Website and Program review Ongoing maintenance of SOP manuals Graduate Job Placement Coding in Banner Primary day‑to‑day responsibilities include supervising Registrar Office staff who currently report to the registrar, assisting with processes related to Banner, NSLDS, National Student Clearinghouse, Ellucian Experience, Process Maker, Degree Works, and Parchment, assist with all Registrar Office related training for both Registrar Office staff as well as for other departments and divisions of the college.
