Job Summary

The Curriculum Support Coordinator provides coordination, project and change management coordination, and administrative support for the Academic Planning teams and their assigned programs, projects, and initiatives. The position supports key areas of academic planning, including the academic program lifecycle, program planning and review, assessment, regional and specialized accreditation support, and process improvement. The Curriculum Support Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact and frontline resource for coordinating activities, timelines, communications, documentation, and follow‑up across these areas with internal and external stakeholders.

The position provides project coordination and accreditation support; assists with academic program planning, review, and lifecycle processes; and coordinates meetings, events, schedules, materials, communications, and other operational activities that support the work of the Academic Planning teams. The Curriculum Support Coordinator also supports special projects and other initiatives by organizing workflows, tracking deliverables and deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining resources and records, and helping ensure that planning and accreditation processes move forward efficiently and effectively.
