Job Description

A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.

• ASE/STAR Certified Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, tools, and technology
• Experience working with multiple makes and models is a plus
• A team player with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
• Work as part of a team to meet and exceed shop goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry technology and best practices

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor‑led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
