Business Development Specialist Mining​/Earthwork

Overview

Superior Custom Services Inc. is looking for continued growth and expansion of its desired compassion for Mining and Mass Grading in the Southeastern U.S.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist abroad the SE United States. The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, generate leads, and develop relationships with prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, creating effective strategies to expand customer base, maintaining client relationships, social media posting, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business growth objectives.

• Strong Research Skills and the ability to assess market trends and data effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and act on business opportunities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
• Experienced in Mining, Earthwork, Site Development, Agriculture or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in meeting in the field or attend a conference to promote and expand outreach.
