Bowman has an opportunity for a Document Control Coordinator IV (Oil & Gas) to join our team in Houston, TX.

Provide team leadership, technical and non-technical support to all activities in respect to document control, document retention, and document reporting.
Responsibilities- Project Controls & Project Reporting
- Records Retention
- Leads/coordinates a document control team.
- Develop and implement master document management system requirements.
- Develop Document Control plans, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure project documentation/version control and accurate and timely distribution/transmission to project stakeholders.
- Work with project team members to ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with project and company document creation, control, retention, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in third-party and internal quality audits involving area of responsibility and assist with related corrective/preventative action planning and implementation.
- Finalize the closeout of project records.
- Coordinate with and foster open lines of communication amongst all project team members.
- Strive for continuous improvement across all areas of work.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in applicable field of study preferred.
- Seven or more (7+) years of experience.
- Expert in engineering and construction projects, nomenclature, and associated document numbering conventions.
- Current Omega 365 Pims R4 document control software experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- High level of personal integrity, creativity, persistence, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
- The candidate should be a self-starter, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
