Position: Experiential Market Producer (Fixed-Term)

Job Overview

Experiential Market Producers will support planning and execution of match week activities around hospitality programs inclusive of lounge buildouts and offsite experiences for a global technology brand and FIFA partner during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. They will lead all aspects of pre‑production, including fabrication oversight, install/dismantle needs, vendor management, budget tracking, and maintaining project documents. The role is a fixed‑term contract from May 2026 through July 2026.

Candidates must be based in the assigned market for the duration of the activation and are expected to be onsite for all assigned match weeks, with typical workdays ranging from 8–12+ hours depending on match schedules and operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead market planning and activation for the assigned location.
  • Oversee installation at market venues, primarily hotel properties and off‑site locations.
  • Attend all internal planning and client presentation calls.
  • Lead production components of the planning deck and documents, including production schedule, project plan, and warehouse manifest for the assigned market.
  • Report on production elements in the market to senior leadership.
  • Ensure pre‑planning and onsite availability from May 2026 through the end of July 2026.
  • Work collaboratively with all account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client’s objectives and budget.
  • Act as liaison between internal partners across production, hospitality, creative, and warehouse teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships with audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, registration, graphics, event flow, creative, food & beverage, transportation, staffing, venue, and labor.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed in a timely manner throughout the project.
  • Manage and develop relationships with The Team’s trusted suppliers and third parties throughout the duration of the project.
  • Create a positive, collaborative teamwork environment based on company culture and values.
  • Promote a team environment, provide work direction and guidance—including professional development and training; guide the team on deliverables and ensure best practices with project management.
  • Ensure all project processes and procedures are completed to quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of football (soccer) and/or live sporting events is ideal.
  • Extensive experience with live events and a proven track record of success across brand activations and event delivery.
  • Prior agency or rights‑holder experience, including past success in managing global sponsors.
  • Understanding of brands, rights holders and competitor brands/ambush marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy, commitment to success, and the ability to manage expectations.
  • Confident, articulate, passionate individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Client & guest management: lead client communications on a local level across ongoing work streams.
  • Attention to detail and communication skills—ensuring all details are understood, clear, and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Experience delivering guest hospitality programs is a bonus.
  • Bilingual:
    Fluent Spanish and English are required for roles in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Miami.
  • Proven experience delivering live events and brand activations.
  • Strong stakeholder, client, and guest management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills.
  • Comfort using Whats App as a primary communication tool.
Additional Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience delivering guest hospitality programs.
  • Agency or rights‑holder experience.
  • Familiarity with global sponsorship programs.
Salary and Benefits

Base salary range: $6,000–$8,000 per month, based on market and scale of activation. The actual base salary is dependent on market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training, level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, and tenure at the company. The salary range listed is one component of the total compensation package.
