Role Overview

The Implementation Manager will oversee end‑to‑end development and rollout of Bio Pharma programs, coordinating cross‑functional teams and serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program launches, ensuring all implementation activities meet timelines, scope and quality standards.
  • Own the end‑to‑end process and act as the primary point of contact during launch.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, status reports and executive readouts.
  • Identify risks and issues, proactively develop mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, communicating priorities, decisions and next steps.
  • Serve as the main client contact for manufacturer partners, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client expectations and provide transparent updates on complex oncology and rare disease programs.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for build issues and engage the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership.
  • Interface with pharmacy operations, finance/billing, data & reporting, marketing and other departments to ensure readiness.
  • Translate program and business requirements into design documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Education & Experience
  • 4‑year degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 4+ years of client‑facing cross‑departmental program or project management experience.
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, managing cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to set clear expectations and hold self and others accountable.
  • Executive presence with comfort presenting to large groups, both in person and virtually.
  • Customer‑focused, team player with high initiative and self‑starter mindset.
Additional Skills
  • Problem‑solving ability and proactive identification of challenges.
  • Experience operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smart Sheet) and Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Travel

Up to 30% travel required.

Compensation

Base salary range: $72,000 – $120,000. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses and long‑term incentives.
