All applicants should currently reside in the Middle Georgia area. These positions are based in Macon, Georgia, and all operations will be run locally. Applications from outside the region may not be considered to avoid confusion regarding relocation or travel.

This position sits in the middle of everything—helping keep projects moving, supporting field teams, and making sure the administrative side of the business runs clean and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing Administrative & Accounting Support- Match vendor invoices to POs and submit for payment
- Submit invoices to accounting
- Assist with certified payroll as needed
- Gather pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- Help track active projects to keep them on schedule
- Review job boards for potential opportunities and flag for leadership
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Build and maintain job folders and documentation
- Coordinate and track air sampling with subcontractors
- Handle customer compliance items
- Set up vendors
- Collect and track daily job reports
- Call in locate tickets
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track
- Consistent follow-through—you finish what you start

Background RequirementsAll positions at First Environmental require a valid driver’s license with a three year driving history and a valid commercial driving license (CDL) with a three-year history. A clean driving record, no recent moving violations, and no felony convictions are required. Sales experience is preferred but not required.
