Job Overview
As a Time Implt Consultant, you will carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's industry-leading payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure your clients achieve long-term success. Once ADP services are delivered, your efforts will have a direct impact on the day-to-day lives of your clients' employees - from paychecks to health benefits and beyond.
Responsibilities- Carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale.
- Enable the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's solutions.
- Build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP technologies.
- Ensure clients are comfortable using ADP's products and services.
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems and interface requirements, and guide and drive clients toward the best solution.
- Perform detailed analysis of clients' time and attendance policies, program them into a new database, test and support the client until they are in a live environment.
- Own and drive implementations of new business to successful conclusion prior to transitioning to service.
- Collaborate and work closely with a project team; provide a consultative approach with solutions for the client and efficiently handle multiple clients and priorities.
- Expert knowledge of ADP Enhanced Time/Enterprise eTime, ADP Workforce Manager, Kronos Work-Force Central (WFC), Kronos Work-Force Dimensions (WDM), or other Time and Attendance products.
- Thorough experience with end-to-end implementations; performing detailed analysis based on clients' time and attendance policies, programming them into a new database, testing and supporting the client until they are in a live environment.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment; eager to learn and adapt well to change; ability to build rapport, establish trust, and exhibit professionalism; clear and easy communication style over the phone and in writing; client satisfaction scores reflective of success; thrive in a fast-paced environment; inclusive mindset.
