Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a full-time, entry-level Foreclosure Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to excellence. While experience is welcomed,
training is provided for the right candidate
.

• Assist with file setup and organization of foreclosure case materials.
• Request fee approvals from clients and track authorization status.
• Update firm and client systems accurately and promptly.
• Respond to client requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports for managers, attorneys, and clients as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure case continuity and client satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials and departmental manuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

• Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience will be considered).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Analytical thinking and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• A team-player who collaborates well across departments.
• Experience with BKFS, Case Aware, SSE, Tempo, or Vendorscape is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of mortgage default law is a plus.
