Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results‑oriented Business Development Lead to join our Supply and Trading division. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving growth within the Supply and Trading sector. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in the energy industry, with deep knowledge of energy markets, trading strategies including arbitrage and blending, terminal assets and supply chain dynamics, along with a proven track record in business development and client engagement.

Job Description
  • Responsible for pursuing and executing organic growth opportunities
  • Leads cross‑functional due diligence for Supply and Trading business development opportunities
  • Contributes and offers recommendations to analytics‑driven P&L models for growth projects
  • Accountable to deliver timely and accurate reporting of P&L performance that aligns with corporate schedule
  • Major leader and contributor on integration and execution

  • Ability to work cross‑functionally to drive initiatives forward / results‑driven
  • Significant experience within energy supply and trading industry
  • Ability to lead others to results including non‑direct reports
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Strong understanding of the business and industry trends
  • Ability to toggle between strategic and tactical work on a daily basis
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to finalize deals
  • Ability to influence corporate strategy / business case development and presentation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar field

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
