Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We’re seeking a Project Analyst to support internal and client‑facing projects in a fast‑paced consulting environment. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to manage project setup, timelines, budgets, scope changes, financial tracking, client communications, and submission processes.
Responsibilities- Develop project SOWs, budgets, timelines, and status reports.
- Monitor project scope, risks, resources, deadlines, and financials.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, follow‑ups, and action plans.
- Manage client submission processes, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) reviews.
- Route deliverables through internal review, quality control, and approval workflows.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with client‑specific processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or consulting.
- Familiarity with client submission processes, MLR reviews, and pharmaceutical project timelines.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Collaborative, organized, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and confident managing complexity, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
