We’re seeking a Project Analyst to support internal and client‑facing projects in a fast‑paced consulting environment. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to manage project setup, timelines, budgets, scope changes, financial tracking, client communications, and submission processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project SOWs, budgets, timelines, and status reports.
  • Monitor project scope, risks, resources, deadlines, and financials.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, follow‑ups, and action plans.
  • Manage client submission processes, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) reviews.
  • Route deliverables through internal review, quality control, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with client‑specific processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and project execution.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with client submission processes, MLR reviews, and pharmaceutical project timelines.
  • PMP certification preferred.
