Job Description & How to Apply Below

Cornerstone Investment Partners, LLC is an employee-owned registered investment advisor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Cornerstone's highly experienced professionals specialize in equity portfolio management. Collectively, the partners have over 100 years of investment experience, and the current team members have all worked together for over a decade, adhering to the same investment philosophy, applying the same approach to security selection, and maintaining the same discipline in portfolio design.

Cornerstone manages over $4 billion in assets under advisement, including separately managed accounts for institutions and high-net-worth individuals, as well as broker wrap programs.

The Role

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for client reporting and managing the firm's presence across third-party databases and platforms utilized by institutional investors and consultants. This role will ensure accurate, timely, and compelling representation of our investment capabilities. It plays a critical part in supporting institutional and retail sales efforts by maintaining high-quality data, responding to consultant inquiries, coordinating across internal stakeholders, and enabling broader visibility and accessibility of our investment capabilities.

This is a highly cross-functional, data-intensive role with meaningful growth potential. Over time, responsibilities will expand to include pulling and reconciling data for fact sheets, universe charts, and pitchbooks, supporting RFP/RFI and DDQ responses, and working closely with senior members of the marketing and client service team.

Key Responsibilities Database & Content Management
  • Maintain and update all consultant and industry databases (e.g., eVestment, Morningstar, etc.) with qualitative and quantitative information about our firm and investment capabilities.
  • Partner with Investments, Operations, and Compliance to gather, validate, and submit required materials (performance, AUM, commentary, personnel updates, product changes, DDQs).
  • Help gather data and standard answers for RFIs, RFPs, and DDQs.
  • Support the upload and maintenance of firm data across internal systems used to auto-populate marketing databases and help ensure consistency across all platforms.
Client Reporting
  • Assist in compiling, verifying, and distributing monthly and quarterly client reports, including performance, holdings, and attribution.
  • Reconcile data across internal systems to ensure accuracy before client delivery (a "triple-check" mindset).
  • Respond to routine client data requests and internal inquiries from the client service and sales teams.
  • Pull and cross-check raw data from internal systems and third-party platforms (e.g., Fact Set, Ridgeline, eVestment) to support fact sheets, universe charts, and pitchbooks.
What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas like VLOOKUP, IF statements, and Pivot Tables).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • A "triple-check" mindset — comfortable verifying data across multiple sources before it reaches a client.
  • Prior exposure to eVestment, Morningstar, Fact Set, or similar investment industry platforms is a plus, but not required.
Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
