Insperity seeks a Compliance Analyst 401K to manage plan administration tasks, including nondiscrimination testing, payroll-data review, and IRS Form 5500 preparation. This role supports client plan audits and communications with Insperity Retirement Services and client teams.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in retirement plan administration, knowledge of 401(k) rules, and experience with Omni Plus or similar recordkeeping systems. A related designation is preferred but not required.
