We’re hiring a hands‑on Commercial Superintendent to run ground‑up projects in the Augusta area.
If you’re someone who owns the jobsite, leads from the front, and delivers projects safely and on time — this is for you.
Superintendent – Commercial ConstructionAugusta, GA | $110K–$130K + Bonus + Truck Allowance
What You’ll Be Doing- Run day‑to‑day field operations
- Lead subcontractors and crews
- Maintain schedule and quality
- Enforce safety standards
- Coordinate materials and inspections
- Drive projects from start to finish
- 5+ years as a Superintendent
- Commercial ground‑up experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong leadership in the field
- Experience working for a General Contractor
- $100K–$130K base
- Performance bonus
- Vehicle allowance + fuel card
- 401K match
