Collaborate with project teams to clarify testing requirements, resolve discrepancies, and support project quality objectives.

Provide coaching and training to less experienced technician staff in proper testing, inspection, and documentation procedures.

Maintain, clean, and calibrate field and laboratory equipment in accordance with industry codes and standards.

Ensure all testing equipment is in excellent working condition and properly calibrated to support accurate and reliable test results.

Follow established safety practices and procedures while working on active construction sites and in laboratory environments.

Handle and transport field and laboratory samples and equipment, including lifting items weighing approximately 40 to 50 pounds.

Travel to various project sites, including out-of-town and occasional overnight assignments, to perform testing and inspection services.

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing field testing and inspections.

Interact professionally and tactfully with all members of the design and construction team, including site laborers, project owners, site superintendents, architects, design engineers, and project managers.
