CDM Smith is seeking an estimator to perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks across various construction life cycles. You will prepare quantity take-offs, build material price lists, and research labor, material, and equipment costs, using historical data to guide future estimates.
You will support OPCC preparation for design-build projects, coordinate pricing with PMs, and engage with subcontractors for quotes. Travel up to 40% may be required for site visits and bid days.
