• Act as second in command to the Construction Manager on site, overseeing quality control, scheduling contractors, and ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and efficient.
• Manage daily tasks such as ordering building materials, reviewing and confirming selections for each home, and coordinating with sales, purchasing, and construction teams.
• Build relationships with homeowners and trade partners to ensure timely delivery of homes.

• Ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Independent project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and similar software systems.

• College degree.
• General understanding of construction processes.
