The Erosion Company (TEC) is hiring a Construction Crew Leader to oversee a small crew and coordinate daily tasks on erosion control projects across the Southeast. You will supervise crew members, ensure adherence to safety standards, and review work orders to verify material readiness for each daily assignment.
Ideal candidates have prior foreman or crew lead experience, proficiency with Bobcat/excavating equipment, and the ability to operate trucks and trailers.
