The Erosion Company is hiring Construction Crew Leaders to join its Travel Team. The ideal candidate will travel weekly to job sites throughout Georgia and the Southeast, performing tasks as part of the heavy civil division.
Responsibilities include supervising 2–3 person crews, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring safety, and assisting with loading, unloading, and site prep. Valid license, DOT clearance, and bilingual skills are a plus.
