• 5. Managing project schedules, resources, and budget, and ensuring that project deliverables are met.
• 6. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• 7. Leading project meetings and providing regular updates on project status.
• 8. Identifying and resolving any potential issues or delays that could impact project completion.

• 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the commercial construction industry.
• 2. Proven experience in managing construction projects and renovations in hospitals, churches, retail, and education sectors.
• 3. Strong knowledge of construction management and subcontractor management practices.
• 4. Proficiency in construction estimating, scheduling, and project management.
• 5. Hands-on experience with construction management software such as PROCORE and Viewpoint.
• 6. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• 7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• 9. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 10. Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage.
