RoleAssociate Photographers are responsible for media collection for and Equipped with Matterport Pro 3 cameras, digital camera equipment, and an iPad, they create 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans and photographs of residential homes. Each photographer is assigned a core territory to service client appointments, scan homes and apartments, and capture marketing imagery.
Responsibilities- Support marketing efforts on and by capturing professional 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
- Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments using effective photography techniques.
- Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
- While not on a residential assignment, navigate a one‑mile square grid to verify commercial real estate data coverage, identify new inventory, and photograph commercial properties.
- Adhere to CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicles and equipment.
- Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
- At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real estate.
- Experience working as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography.
- Drone photographer with FAA Part 107 license, obtained within 30 days of offer.
- Strong time‑management skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to capture and enter data accurately.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Field experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Hourly wage equivalent to $49,000 – $50,000 annually, based on skills and experience. Bonuses are paid monthly and are based on performance against pre‑determined metrics.
