Overview
Experienced Bilingual & Non-Bilingual Leasing Professionals Needed!! $20/hr - Apply Now
Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Responsibilities- Greet prospective residents and answer their questions
- Have prospects complete an application and secure a deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements
- Give apartment tours to prospective residents
- Follow up with prospects
- Assist current residents with general requests
- Communicate with the property manager and maintenance staff
- Must speak, read and write Spanish fluently
- Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site)
- A minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience
- Upbeat personality and professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to diffuse conflict and solve problems
- Gain practical work experience and learn new skills
- Competitive pay rates with bonus potential
