Lead day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring, motivating, and encouraging associates to provide exceptional, friendly and professional customer service at all times.;

Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.;
Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
