Position: Next Gen - Client Support Specialist

ADP is hiring a Client Support Specialist
.

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front‑line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 50 and 999 employees, while each day brings new questions and solutions. A top‑ranked training program supports your success.

To thrive in this position you must be comfortable working in a metrics‑driven call center environment. You build rapport, establish trust, and communicate clearly over the phone and in writing, delivering solutions that meet client needs and maintain high satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities
  • Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver
    :
    Work independently or as part of a team to consult on ADP's products and technologies, solving time‑sensitive issues and delivering positive outcomes.
  • Build Relationships
    :
    Engage clients via phone, email, and chat, exceeding expectations and upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Educate and Provide Recommendations
    :
    Leverage ADP product knowledge to explain value, transform client input into actionable recommendations, and advise leaders on best practices and training solutions.
  • Organize
    :
    Maintain a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, with increased demand during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in a client service, customer service, or systems integration environment.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
  • A college degree is desirable but not required; the focus is on relevant skills.
  • Military experience is also considered an acceptable background.
