German-Speaking Customer Support Representative | Madrid & Valencia | Relocate Your Career in Spain

Position Details- Full-Time
- On-Site Position
- Local candidates in Spain only
- Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 (8 openings)
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00 (7 openings)
- Night Shift (Madrid only): 22:00 – 07:00 (5 openings)
- Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Solve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Document customer interactions and follow internal processes
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the best customer experience
- Native or fluent German skills (C1/C2)
- Good level of English
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Currently based in Spain
As part of the recruitment process, the client kindly requests:
