Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Georgia. This role involves providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Common Language Suite of Products. You'll monitor customer inquiries, manage trouble tickets, and identify process improvements. Applicants should have at least 3 years of customer service experience and strong verbal/written communication skills. Familiarity with Service Now and advanced skills in Microsoft Office are preferred.
