OS is hiring Customer Retention Specialists (Voice Only) for a client. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls focused on service retention, issue resolution, and product promotion.

This position is ideal for candidates with call center, retention, or sales experience who perform well in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused contact center environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound retention‑related calls
  • Promote and retain products and services while addressing customer concerns
  • Negotiate and process save offers, service changes, and account requests
  • Deliver professional, empathetic customer service over the phone
  • Clearly explain fees, policies, promotions, and account adjustments
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Follow structured call flows and retention strategies
  • Actively listen, problem‑solve, and de‑escalate customer issues
  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, retention rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions in required systems
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience
  • Previous experience in customer retention, sales, or upselling preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer‑first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a performance‑driven environment
  • Comfortable working with scripts, metrics, and multiple systems
  • Reliable attendance and schedule adherence
  • Voice‑only (phone‑based) customer interactions
  • Structured schedules and performance expectations
  • Team‑oriented call center environment
