Lyric HCM Client Service Consultant II

• Serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving client challenges – resolving issues, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more.
• Work with clients who have 1,000+ employees and maintain ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP/client application issues in system setup, product functionality, enhancements, and general inquiries.
• Analyze complex client requirements for payroll, benefits, time, and human resources policies.
• Communicate with customers and representatives to resolve issues, set priorities, multitask, change direction, and provide prompt follow‑up.
• Educate clients on product value and turn client input into recommendations for ADP leadership.

In a metrics‑driven call center environment you will resolve client inquiries over the phone and in writing, maintain high client satisfaction scores, and adapt to each new question presented.

• Prior client service or systems integration experience.
• A college degree is desirable but not required. Other acceptable experience includes military service.

• Experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits and/or Time.
• NAS service experience.

Roles will be hired at Lyric HCM Client Service Consultant II (grade
5), III, or IV (grade 6 or
7). Salary: USD $19.33 – $39.23 per hour, depending on qualifications.
