Description
The Assistant Manager supports the owner in the daily operations of the play cafe ensuring a safe and welcoming enviroment for children and their families. The role over sees floor operations and customer service and assisting staff. Assisting the owner with daily administrative duties including opening and closing procedures including handling cash. Coordinate birthday parties and special events with the owners.
Maintain inventory for cafe, supplies etc. Ensuring a high level of customer service addressing customer concerns.
Managemtent experience perferred. Strong leadership and communication skilles. Excellent customer service skills handling customer with ease and understanding. The ablity to multi task in a fast paced, family oriented environment. Basic computer skills with point of sale experience and good organizational skills. The ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays.
