Passenger Assistance Liaison Responsible for assisting passengers with their customer service needs and overall customer care. The PAL must be highly customer service oriented and a positive representation of the customer.
Responsibilities- Customer service and investigating customer service issues.
- Assisting passengers with transition from curbside to the ticket counter(s), assisting with luggage, mobility, and way finding.
- Tracking and organizing all luggage carts.
- Assisting Administration with event set‑ups, tours or other special events.
- Required to make routine terminal inspections of the restrooms, Military Hospitality Suite, and evaluate overall terminal condition.
- Reports all issues that needs to be addressed to proper directors.
