Full Time position located in Ocilla, GA. The role involves providing friendly, efficient front‑desk support for our State Farm insurance team while also participating in basic sales conversations.

Founded in 2010, the agency leads a team of eight dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a collaborative work environment, and supporting community events.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

$30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year.
