- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide callers with accurate information or transfer to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Take and relay clear, complete messages when necessary.
- Greet visitors and check them in for scheduled appointments.
- Perform basic receptionist and front desk duties as assigned.
- Remain calm and professional when handling urgent requests, complaints, or unexpected situations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a switchboard, receptionist, administrative support, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused in a variety of situations.
