Customer Service Manager

TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks a Customer Service Manager to join an established manufacturer of engineered equipment for the electric power industry. Following a record year in 2025, the company is having another strong year in 2026 and continues to expand. You’ll join at a time of momentum, supporting an industry projected to grow at a double-digit annual rate over the next decade.

In this new role, you will lead a small customer service and inside sales team while improving how the company supports its business customers. You’ll use ERP data to track orders, keep customers informed about production and delivery schedules, and coordinate with sales, engineering, production, shipping, and quality to resolve concerns. You’ll also help introduce new planning and communication tools as the business grows.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys building customer relationships and solving problems across departments. You’ll work through the details with your team, improve how information flows, and help create a more consistent customer experience. When production or delivery challenges arise, you’ll give customers clear, honest answers and work with internal teams to find a path forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of customer service or customer support experience, including team leadership
• Experience supporting business customers, ideally in manufacturing or another technical environment
• Ability to use ERP or CRM systems to track orders and communicate accurate updates
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A self-directed, adaptable approach and willingness to work through the details with your team
