Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $250,000–$340,000+ (Collections-Based)

Dr. Chandra Williams Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in Martinez, Georgia. • $250K–$340K+ earning potential

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, restorative care, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and treatment planning
• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans while educating patients on their oral health
• Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide an outstanding patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all clinical standards and protocols
• Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, coaching, and continuing education opportunities

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
• Coachable, collaborative, and eager to continue learning
• Interest in expanding into advanced procedures over time
