We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, fee-for-service, privately supported practice in the Greater Atlanta area. You will work with an experienced clinical team, enjoy a stable existing patient base, and contribute in a positive, team-focused environment that values camaraderie, clinical excellence, and long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and localized therapies in accordance with GA state guidelines.
  • Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical/dental history review, periodontal charting, and risk assessments, and communicate findings clearly to patients and the doctor.
  • Deliver individualized patient education on oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, and treatment options to support long-term oral and systemic health.
  • Document all clinical findings, treatment rendered, and patient communications accurately and efficiently in the practice’s charting system.
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient flow, excellent patient experiences, and adherence to practice protocols and infection control standards.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Georgia in good standing.
  • Previous clinical dental hygiene experience in private practice or similar patient-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate, motivate, and build trust with patients of all ages.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with high professionalism, reliability, and respect for colleagues and patients.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality care, patient comfort, infection control, and staying current with best practices in dental hygiene.
