Description:
We're a growing specialist orthodontic practice looking for someone who wants more than a chairside role. This is a hybrid position. You'll assist chairside, cover the front desk, and take the lead on our social media — creating Tik Toks, reels, and content that shows people what treatment with us actually looks like. It's a role with real ownership and no two days the same.

Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Genuine social media ability is essential. What you’ll do Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures (full training provided) Cover front desk: greeting patients, scheduling, check-in and check-out, patient calls Plan, film, edit, and post content for Tik Tok and Instagram — reels, patient journeys, behind-the-scenes Help build our presence in the Augusta community through local outreach and partnerships Maintain clinical areas to the standards expected in a healthcare setting Bring ideas to the table about how we grow.

Qualifications:
Genuine social media ability: able to shoot, edit, and post reels and short-form video Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera Reliable, punctual, and organized, with a strong work ethic Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner with patients Comfortable covering front desk — scheduling, check-in, check-out, patient calls Able to work independently and follow through without being chased A business mindset — thinks about how the practice grows, not just the task in front of them Willing to obtain Georgia dental radiology certification and CPR/BLS High school diploma or equivalent Preferred — but we will train the right person Dental or orthodontic assisting experience Orthodontic experience specifically Georgia dental radiology certification Familiarity with practice management or EHR software Experience running social media for a business or practice Basic editing skills (Cap Cut, Canva, or similar) Front desk or patient coordinator experience Interest in local community outreach.
