Southwestern Georgia regional health system Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full‑time orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hands to join an established practice with three other board‑certified orthopedic physicians, with additional support from mid‑levels.

• Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost‑of‑living adjustment.
• Bonus: 100% of shared practice profits
• Call: Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am‑5pm; time split equally between clinic and OR.
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Facility details: The Sterling Orthopedic Clinic is located within walking distance of the hospital campus; 24/7 access to physician’s lounge with meals provided; a 24‑hour all‑access employee fitness center; and a state‑of‑the‑art Medical Education Center with simulation rooms, a conference center, and more.

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a hand fellowship
• Required Certifications/Licenses:
  Board‑certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years);
  Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
