Job Summary:We are seeking a part-time, board-certified Psychiatrist to join our collaborative outpatient team, serving patients across the lifespan, including adolescents. This role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, relationship-driven care supported by dedicated clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on what matters most - your patients. With an established referral base, you will step into a steady and meaningful clinical flow, while also having the ability to shape and grow services through program development opportunities.

The Psychiatrist provides outpatient psychiatric care using a patient-centered, evidence-based approach. This part-time position (up to 20 hours per week, non-benefit eligible) serves patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. The role includes comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacologic management, and coordination of care within a multidisciplinary, team-based model. The Psychiatrist practices within a collaborative care framework, partnering with therapists, advanced practice providers, primary care clinicians, patients, and—when appropriate—family members or guardians to optimize clinical outcomes.
Experience in adolescent psychiatry is preferred. This position may also include responsibilities as a collaborating/supervising physician for nurse practitioners and other advanced practice providers in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including psychiatric history, medical history, mental status examination, and risk assessment across the lifespan.
- Establish DSM-5-TR diagnoses and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide medication management utilizing current psychopharmacologic guidelines and best practices.
- Utilize measurement-based care (e.g., validated rating scales) to monitor symptoms, treatment response, and functional outcomes over time.
- Engage in shared decision-making with patients and guardians when applicable.
- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical staff to support coordinated care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations and treatment planning.
