We’re looking for a passionate, people‑centered professional to help us strengthen partnerships with local elementary schools. In this role, you’ll work closely with principals, teachers, families, and community partners to create meaningful programs that support learning, spark creativity, and bring people together. Your work will help ensure every child has access to engaging experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
What You’ll Do- Build strong, positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and community leaders.
- Create and support partnership programs that enrich classroom learning and encourage curiosity and confidence in students.
- Coordinate school and community events—like workshops, family nights, after‑school activities, and student showcases.
- Provide responsive, hands‑on support to schools to ensure programs run smoothly and make a real impact.
- Track participation and feedback to celebrate successes and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with educators and partners to design new ways to engage students and families.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with educators, families, and community partners.
- Experience in educational outreach, school or nonprofit program coordination, or community engagement—especially in elementary settings.
- An understanding of how to support the unique needs of young learners and the educators who inspire them.
- Comfort using CRM or tracking tools to manage partnerships and communication.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to navigate challenges with empathy and problem‑solving skills.
- Creativity, initiative, and a passion for building programs that help children learn and grow.
