Job SummaryThe Quality Assurance and Compliance Analyst will ensure compliance with State Authorization and federal regulations by carrying out all communications, database maintenance, and reporting necessary to ensure that Augusta University's programs receive the authorizations, waivers, or other documentation required to operate legally in the states and territories of the United States, as well as foreign jurisdictions, as required. This includes oversight for online degree programs, online courses offered to non‑matriculated students' clinical education, as well as postgraduate and continuing education programs.
This individual will work with academic departments to ensure each online and licensed program meets federal reporting requirements. This position will also play a key role in quality assurance processes for hybrid and online learning. Responsible for managing campus‑wide compliance efforts to meet regulatory requirements for distance education activities. Research and implement best practices related to regulatory compliance in collaboration with various university administrators and colleagues from other organizations.
