Team Up Therapy is hiring a Georgia‑licensed virtual OT to support school‑based services. We’ve already secured approximately 20 hours per week of school‑based work for the 2025–2026 school year. If you’re a skilled OT with experience in school settings and a passion for virtual service delivery, we’d love to hear from you.

We are immediately hiring a virtual school‑based OT for the 2025–2026 school year. Approximately 20 hours/week of student services are already secured through existing school contracts, and there may be opportunities to take on additional hours as we expand.

Your caseload will include a mix of direct treatment, IEP documentation, virtual meetings, and collaboration with school teams. All services are provided remotely via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform.

• Compensation: $55–$60/hour (includes direct and indirect time)

  Fully remote – must reside in the U.S. and hold a Georgia OT license

• An experienced, self‑motivated Occupational Therapist
• Comfortable navigating IEPs and school‑based documentation
• Skilled at building relationships and delivering engaging therapy virtually
• Passionate about improving access to care for underserved students

• Georgia OT License (active)
• School‑based OT experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable internet and confidence using digital tools
