What Your Days Will Look Like:- Hands‑on training in hiring, team building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum development.
- Leading recruitment, training, and supporting staff while keeping everything state‑compliant.
- Supervising and inspiring your team, juggling staffing schedules, and handling substitutes like a pro.
- Building warm, lasting connections with families and staff.
- Hosting fun, informative tours that welcome new families into our community.
