Full Time - Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
- Maintain databases of the Augusta campus and track assignment student grades into the Banner System periodically.
- Learn and navigate programs and systems such as One
45, VSLO, D2L, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Sim Capture. - Arrange meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Complete travel authorization for curriculum faculty.
- Assist with day‑to‑day activities including proctoring exams, registration, monitoring the curriculum inbox, credentialing, completing ClRs, and other administrative tasks.
- Interface with faculty, students, and staff to provide support.
- Ensure data is accurately transmitted in a timely manner and that all deadlines are met.
- Attend curriculum meetings.
- Proctor NBME and CBSE exams, set up Zoom calls and rosters, and notify students of their exam information.
- Monitor curriculum inbox, respond to drop/add and transcript requests, and handle forms.
- Maintain credentialing for students; transition to ACEMAPP including training and monitoring of applications.
- Assist with orientation schedules, upload documents into One
45, send emails to students and faculty, and manage day‑to‑day communication. - Grade monitoring and submission using One
45; review spreadsheets with course directors and curriculum faculty. - Assist with other student affairs activities and general support duties.
- Perform tasks assigned as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least 4 years of professional or administrative experience, including a minimum of 2 years of educational program experience, or
- Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of professional or administrative experience, including a minimum of 4 years of educational program experience, or
- High school diploma or GED with at least 10 years of professional or administrative experience, including a minimum of 6 years of educational program experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of educational program or similar experience.
- Shift: Days, Monday through Friday
- Pay Band: 8
- Hourly Salary: $21.83 – $24.25, commensurate with qualifications
- Recruitment Period: 1/9/26 – until filled.
