Lead a team to provide developmentally appropriate care and instruction for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years in CYS programs;
Ensure implementation of developmentally appropriate programs promoting social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth;
Instruct team members with written instructions, reference materials, and supplies;
Develop, plan, and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans, schedules, and activities based on observed needs and interests;
Ensure health and safety standards including diapering, toileting, hand washing, sanitation, food service, safe sleep, and care for ill children and youth
