Job Summary
Dean of the Hull College of Business – Augusta University seeks a visionary, entrepreneurial, and collaborative leader to guide the college’s growth and excellence in student learning, research/scholarship, teaching, and community engagement. The dean will attract external resources, fundraise, prioritize enrollment growth, and support the university’s regional economic development and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Employment: Full‑time (1.0 FTE, year‑round)
- Lead strategic direction and resource allocation for enrollment, curricula, scholarship, and innovation.
- Serve as the chief administrative and academic officer, overseeing operations, policies, and procedures.
- Advocate for the Hull College of Business within the university, community, and regional industries.
- Generate new funding opportunities to support future growth.
- Ensure alignment with Augusta University’s strategic plan and key objectives.
- Earned doctoral degree in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated record of distinguished academic leadership, research/scholarship, teaching, and service.
- Experience in corporate or industry leadership (preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in related fields, including five years at the rank of Associate Professor or equivalent.
- Proven academic administrative experience at the senior‑level.
- Terminal degree in accordance with Board of Regents policy.
