The Assistant Director of Transfer Operations will lead institutional efforts for admission processing of undergraduate transfer, returning, postbaccalaureate, transient, and auditing students to Augusta University in addition to managing all credit evaluation and articulation for all undergraduate students. Supervising two full‑time staff members, the Assistant Director will carefully monitor and direct daily processing, credit evaluation, and decisioning to ensure data integrity/accuracy, timely document review, and quick admission decisions.

They must have a commitment to transfer student success and will work closely with University System of Georgia and AU Academic Affairs leaders to ensure a student‑first credit transfer approach that aids in meeting enrollment goals and is compliant with system policy.

• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and provide ongoing development and mentorship for two full‑time Transfer Evaluation Coordinators.
• Direct staff work to align daily and admission cycle priorities and ensure staff are performing to their highest ability to meet goals and complete tasks/projects in a timely manner.
