Southern Company is seeking an I&C Technician for the South Region to support O&M of GPC R2
Gen Solar, BESS and DERs across Georgia. The role covers SCADA monitoring, inspections, and troubleshooting of 600-1500V DC systems and 34.5 kV max AC systems, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.
Typical schedules include 5/8s or 4/10s, with potential night/weekend work and on-call duties. Experience with Maximo and environmental, health, and safety requirements is preferred.
